Position Description
We are a year round, outdoor Olympic-sized pool located in a suburban neighborhood in South Austin near Slaughter Lane and Mopac. Positions fill up quickly.The Admin Coordinator is responsible for all office administrative needs including purchasing, invoicing, receivables, rental/reservation management, cash handling procedures and monetary deposits.
This position is also responsible for front desk staffing needs including recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, ongoing in-service training, and continuous supervision.
This position will serve as a member of the Aquatics Lead Staff and reports directly to the Aquatics Director.
Work schedule varies from 30 to 40 hours per week (40 during summer season).
This is a full time position with benefits after a 60 day training probation. Starting salary is $45,000/year.
Must have some aquatics experience and familiarity with the aquatics industry in addition to a ARC lifeguard certification.
Must be 18 years or older to apply.
Reliable transportation to and from work is necessary.
Shifts vary and can include weekends, mornings and/or afternoons.
Must respond promptly to work-related email/communication.
Must be able to react quickly to emergencies and follow instruction.
Must be able to work outdoors and perform physical requirements of the position.
Employees receive membership to all of our Aquatics Facilities.
