Duties
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation meets high standards
- Assist with food handling, setup, and breakdown of banquet areas to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Buss tables efficiently by clearing dishes, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs throughout events
- Support catering operations by helping with food preparation, delivery, and presentation as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards during service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality sector, especially in banquet or catering environments
- Strong culinary knowledge and food handling skills to assist with food preparation and service
- Excellent guest services skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
