Circa 1922 is seeking a qualified and motivated busser and food runner! We are an upscale restaurant located in the heart of downtown Wilmington, celebrating our 26th year in business. We are currently seeking professional people to join our team. We specialize in creative dishes using locally sourced products, with an extensive wine list and delicious craft cocktails.

In this vital role, you will serve as support staff for the restaurant. Primary responsibilities include promptly bussing and resetting tables, polishing silverware and glassware, and help running food. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities
- Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions to answer guest questions confidently.
- Uphold food safety standards by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs throughout their dining experience.
- Support overall restaurant operations by helping with food handling, stocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in service areas.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with familiarity in serving and bussing duties.
