Job description
East Coast Thrift is looking for full and part time keyholders for our retail location. We have flexible schedules and are open Monday to Saturday 9:00AM to 7:00PM, and Sunday 11:00AM to 5:00PM. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
Duties
• Assist in managing store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
• Open and/or closing store.
Requirements
Requirements
• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Experience in shift management and store management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving results and driving team performance.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds and be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
