We are looking for a full-time Roadway Engineer IV with INDOT experience to join the team! The selected candidate will work out of our Crown Point, Indiana, office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calculations and run models necessary to perform assignment in a format that can easily checked by others
- Maintain proper filing, calculations, documentation, and drawing conventions/standards as established by Ciorba Group
- Design work in MicroStation, Open Roads, and other software
- Mentor staff engineers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from accredited school
- 6-10 years of roadway design experience
- Indiana PE a plus
- Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
- Experience on Indiana DOT projects
- Experience on Illinois DOT projects a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary : $98,000 - $115,000
