Ciorba Group is looking for a full-time Construction Engineer IV to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inspection of local agency construction projects involving roadway and bridge improvements using local, state, and federal funding
- Prepare all construction documentation per IDOT BLR&S requirements using CMMS, or similar detailed local agency required documentation.
- Measure and calculate pay item quantities, prepare contractor pay applications, and oversee preparation of construction record drawings.
- Coordinate directly with the client providing daily or weekly reporting, preparing for and chairing preconstruction meetings, and responding directly to the client with project issues.
- Work closely with other team members and positively interact with the public.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Indiana Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 6-8 years of experience
- Certified in IDOT's Documentation of Contract Quantities
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to learn through on the job mentoring and training
- MicroStation experience a plus
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
