Position Overview:
Cinnamom Bakery is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Manager to oversee order packing, inventory replenishment, and organization of our shipping space. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive accurate, high-quality orders on time.
Schedule Requirements:
- Required Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
- Hours: Between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full time hours may be available and can be discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and prepare customer orders with 100% accuracy
- Replenish inventory daily based on operational needs
- Organize and maintain an efficient shipping and packing area
- Assist with general bakery tasks as needed throughout the day
- Work independently while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to climb stairs regularly
- Lift and carry 25–50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to work in freezer conditions (-10°F)
