What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at CINNAMOM?
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Baker to join our production team at Cinnamom Bakery. This is a fast-paced position focused on preparing high-quality baked goods while maintaining production standards, cleanliness, and consistency.
This role requires early morning availability, physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Shift: 8 Hour Shift; Monday through Friday; start time between 4AM and 8AM.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix dough according to recipes and production standards
- Roll, shape, and prepare large volume products for proofing and baking
- Operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare frostings, fillings, and other bakery ingredients
- Maintain quality and consistency of all baked products
- Assist with cleaning, organization, and sanitation of bakery areas
- Follow food safety and production procedures at all times
- Assist with any additional baking or production-related tasks as needed
Physical Requirements
- Heavy lifting required
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements
- Ability to work in hot and cool environments
- Fast-paced production environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have high school degree or equivalent GED program.
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable vehicle required
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to follow instructions and work efficiently under pressure

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
