Production Line Bread Baker – Cinnamom Bakery
Cinnamom Bakery is hiring a dependable, hardworking Bread Baker to join our production team!
We are a growing bakery specializing in gourmet, hand-rolled cinnamon rolls produced in small batches. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with dough, takes pride in producing a consistent product, and thrives in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, proof, roll, shape, and bake dough according to Cinnamom Bakery recipes and procedures
- Monitor dough throughout the mixing and proofing process to ensure proper consistency and quality
- Produce cinnamon rolls efficiently while maintaining our quality and size standards
- Operate bakery equipment safely and correctly
- Follow recipes, production schedules, and daily quantity goals
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and allergen-control procedures
- Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory, and restocking
- Work closely with other bakery team members to keep production running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable working an early-morning schedule
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Able to lift approximately 25–50 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production bakery
- Bread, dough, or commercial baking experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Monday–Friday
8AM-4PM OR 9AM-5PM
