Join our vibrant team as a Cinnabon Crew Member, where you'll play a key role in delivering delicious baked goods and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, quick service environment. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for preparing food, operating POS systems, and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve fresh Cinnabon products according to company recipes and standards
• Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling menu items
• Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
• Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including bussing tables and cleaning equipment
• Support team members with food preparation, stocking supplies, and other duties as needed
• Engage with customers to promote products and increase sales through effective upselling techniques

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Over 18 yrs old and available days and weekends
• Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or cafes is advantageous
• Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
• Commitment to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if needed

Pay: $17.20 - $18.00 per hour
