- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records.
- Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff members or executives.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including basic invoicing and expense tracking.
- Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
