- Support catering and banquet events by preparing and organizing food items and serving stations.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, floors, and storage spaces.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas during service hours to support smooth operations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food prep and service delivery.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Experience with food preparation, bussing, or catering enhances your fit for this role.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and cleaning procedures is advantageous.
