Test Engineer

We are growing and looking for a hands-on R&D Supervisor to lead our dedicated team of technicians and welders. This is a dynamic, on-the-floor leadership role where you will guide the daily workflow of our R&D department, ensuring that new and existing product projects move swiftly from prototype to production. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of R&D technicians and welders to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Provide technical guidance and work closely with the engineering department to develop, build, and test prototypes.
• Act as a field test operator by running machinery at the factory, test farms, and customer sites to identify and mitigate risks.
• Identify critical manufacturing techniques to facilitate the smooth implementation of new product launches.
• Lead daily and weekly project team meetings to communicate risks and keep everyone aligned on goals.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience working with hydraulics, electronics, engines, and power trains.
• Prior experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• A self-motivated mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for thinking outside the box.
