What You'll Do
As a Recruiter at Cindavi, you'll own the candidate relationship from first conversation through offer acceptance and start date.
You will:
- Speak directly with engineers and technical professionals
- Run structured phone screens and qualification calls
- Prepare candidates for interviews and gather feedback
- Support offer negotiations and close placements
- Stay engaged through start date to ensure successful onboarding
Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $55,000
- OTE (On Target Earnings): $85,000–$110,000 (uncapped)
- Commission: Paid per placement with a clear, transparent structure
- Career path: Senior Recruiter and team lead roles
- Promotions: Performance-based and earned through results

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–4 years in sales, account management, customer success, recruiting, or recent graduate with demonstrated drive
- Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable mindset and genuine desire to improve
