Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic mix of proactive customer consultations and reactive technical support, ensuring our clients receive the best possible guidance.
- Prepare accurate product specifications, quotations, and submittals while managing concurrent projects from inception through commissioning.
- Collaborate closely with our outside sales, R&D, customer service, and operations teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide expert field start-up assistance, troubleshooting, and training to ensure the proper installation and operation of our systems.
- Develop deep, expert-level knowledge of our product family and the diverse industries we serve, including water/wastewater and electric utilities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 3-10 years of industrial experience in an electro-mechanical role.
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude specifically geared toward process control and electro-mechanical devices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to effectively handle multiple concurrent projects.
