Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company events from inception to completion.
- Support sales team by preparing sales materials and managing client communications.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate databases and track sales leads and event attendance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for sales and event performance analysis.
- Previous experience in event coordination or sales support is highly desirable.
