Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and courteously
- Document and update customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
