YOUR SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, with a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required for emergencies or special events.
YOUR DAY
As the Facilities Maintenance Tech, you'll be responsible for keeping our buildings and systems in top condition. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting systems, and responding to repair requests. Whether it's fixing plumbing issues, maintaining HVAC systems, or ensuring safety compliance, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our facilities. You'll also support larger improvement projects, vehicle repairs, and event setups.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment safely
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Preferred qualifications include vocational or technical training in facilities maintenance and at least three years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field.
