Facilities Maintenance Site Leader - Cincinnati, Ohio

tdgFacilities, LLC is looking for Commercial Facilities Maintenance Site Leaders for multiple facilities locations within the Greater Cincinnati Area. The ideal candidate will possess strong general maintenance skills, have experience leading a team of maintenance and cleaning technicians, and will be dependable to be onsite to support and direct day to day building operations. The role will require interfacing with decision makers on the finance and operations team as well. Available shifts are generally Monday thru Friday 7am to 4pm M-F, 8am to 5pm M-F, and 9am to 6pm M-F. Pay will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day to day maintenance support including general electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance services
• Experience with HVAC is a plus
• Ability to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc.
• Experienced with overseeing staff and tasks, while assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly.
• Support fire systems / life fire safety compliance
• Knowledge of floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.) to support training of other staff members
• Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
• Maintain site supplies inventory, including periodic ordering
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Ability to use a computer to modify and monitor work orders within a work order management system
• Skilled at managing bid for services periodically for specialized services
• Work with the other leaders to maintain the facility within the approved budgets
• Escalate critical tasks to HQ for flexed in support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in Commercial Facilities maintenance and support
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong leadership, with servant leadership mindset
• Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of persons
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction
