What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Cell Operator position at Cincinnati Thermal Spray, Inc.?
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cleans parts and applies various types of masking in order to prevent unpermitted blast, peen, spray, lube, or paint overspray all while being safe in the process
- Grit blasts parts to clean, mechanically strip, or prepare parts for coating application.
- Applies dry film lubricants and paints to hardware.
- Unmasks and cleans parts after coating or peen in preparation for shipment or subsequent operations.
- Following technical documents, drawings, blueprints, and/or plans to perform these functions.
- Performs other tasks as necessary.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- No experience necessary. Training will be provided
- Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR and Export Control Procedures
