Role Description
The Academy Director plays a key leadership role in managing and developing the academy's tennis and education programs. Responsibilities include overseeing training programs for players of various skill levels, mentoring coaching staff, and collaborating on strategic program initiatives. Additional duties involve engaging with parents and the community, ensuring the program aligns with the foundation's mission. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cincinnati, OH, with a majority of teaching at tthe Cincinnati Open Sporting Club.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and the ability to foster relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
- Expertise in Training and curriculum development to ensure the delivery of high-quality athletic and educational programming.
- Demonstrated ability in Strategic Planning to develop and implement long-term initiatives for the academy's growth and success.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Balance of an on court and off court career, and coaching at trhe highest levels/10 UTR playong level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
