Role Description
This full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role is based in Cincinnati, OH. The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure the effective management of CRC's resources. The role includes preparing and analyzing financial statements, implementing strategic financial processes, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. The CFO will play a key role in driving financial efficiency, compliance, and long-term fiscal health for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements
- Proven experience in Finance and financial analysis
- Highly developed Analytical Skills for interpreting and applying financial data
- Excellent leadership and strategic decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus
- Familiarity with public sector financial operations or nonprofit organizations is preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
