The Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA) is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to support the day-to-day management of vendor contracts and procurement activities to ensure the efficient, compliant, and high-quality acquisition of goods and services. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Working knowledge of government procurement regulations, including 2 CFR 200 and HUD Handbook 7460.8, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project scheduling and vendor management.
