- Operational Management- Provide leadership on initiatives, projects or programs. Collaborate with appropriate parties to plan, implement, and/or evaluate services. Manages all business and administrative personnel in their medical practice. Develops and manages operating budgets. Has ongoing P&L financial responsibility.
- Performance Management- Participate in the development and monitoring of an effective staffing and retention strategy, including hiring and terminating employees, partner with department leadership to ensure effective performance management of direct reports; establish and maintain procedures for orientation of new employees; mentor and provide learning and development opportunities for direct reports; collaborate with human resources business partners department leadership to meet the division's talent management goals; support organizational programs/plans that impact employees and ensure communication, comprehension, and adherence to all Human Resources policies and related legal and/or compliance requirements.
- People Planning- Manage the selection, development, motivation, appraisal and discipline personnel. Ensure that job requirements and goals for each position are clear to employees. Delegate responsibilities to reporting personnel, establish clear lines of responsibility and accountability. Determine and document the qualifications and competence of division personnel. Ensure that orientation, in-service training and continuing education are provided to division personnel.
- Revenue Cycle- Work with the finance department and clinical departments to develop a third-party payor pricing strategy and monitor its implementation and financial impact. Develops effective policies and practices to ensure effective revenue cycle management. Ensures the effective implementation of revenue cycle strategies. Responsible for overseeing all revenue cycle and medical billing, in collaboration with Physician and Hospital Billing. Primary responsibility for managing vendors and leases.
- Management- The first level of full management authority for a physician practice where team management is the primary duty. Manages the overall administration of practice operations, including billing and collections, patient scheduling, payroll, medical records and other general office activities.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
- 5 years of work experience in a related job discipline

- Annualized pay may vary based on FTE status $67,537.60 - $86,112.00
