Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory revenue and profitability targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across distributors, dealers, roasters, hospitality groups and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distribution partners and industry stakeholders
- Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding market penetration within the territory
- Conduct regular customer visits, business reviews and product presentations
- Negotiate commercial agreements in line with company policies and pricing guidelines
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reviews and territory performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing, service and customer care teams to ensure a superior customer experience
- Support product launches, commercial activations and strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings
Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in B2B sales, territory management or business development
- Experience in coffee equipment, foodservice, hospitality, beverage or related industries preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven, proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year
- Performance Bonus: Based on achievement of individual and territory objectives
