Director of Nursing

• Oversee all nursing operations, clinical services, and care delivery
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with Administrator, Assistant Director of Nursing, Providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor quality indicators, audits, and performance improvement plans
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Participate in surveys, inspections, and quality assurance programs

• Active, unencumbered Connecticut RN licensure
• Prior supervisory experience in a senior living environment
• Prior experience as an ADON or DON
• Active CPR certification
• Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance
• High school education or equivalent
