This individual is wise, thoughtful, and capable of identifying differing processes and opinions from multiple teams and individuals and bringing them together in a unified way. Candidates must have strong project management and program operations skills. Candidates will have experience working across multiple teams and departments effectively to document standard operating procedures, define a governance framework, and establish a central location for department wide documents and processes. Core areas of focus are organization, coordination, and identification of key individuals and teams that are needed to collaborate with.
The Digital Program Operations Manager will have responsibilities ranging from maintaining the central repository of SOPs to standardizing uses of tools such as Wrike, Jira, Confluence and Mural. There will be a heavy emphasis on collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the central repository of standard operating procedures. Have a deep knowledge of the Evernorth Digital product suite. Build relationships with key points of contacts both internal and external. Establish a governance framework.
To be a successful the Digital Program Operations Manager, we require someone with the following proven capabilities:
Collaborate with program management team, product management teams, and engineering teams to understand and document workflows, standards operating procedures, resources, and etc.
Manage and maintain the central repository (Iris, Confluence, Sharepoint) sites with key process documents and resources.
Own external communications of weekly/monthly releases.
Build out a communications plan and identify appropriate audiences.
Define and create spaces of intellectual gather for product management teams.
Define and implement a structured governance framework.
Work in collaboration with other agile leaders to ensure that appropriate resources and processes are put in place and maintained.
Have a deep understanding of Jira, Wrike, Mural, and Asana.
Desire to learn about new tools and educate others on their capabilities.
Create and maintain a communication framework for releases and wins within the Evernorth Digital Organization.
Possess a positive attitude and willingness to take challenges head on.
Qualifications:
Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
BS or MS in Business Administration preferred.
Demonstrated history of working across multiple teams to create a standardization of use.
Successfully implemented process improvement for project delivery teams.
Experience with Agile development methodologies & tools.
Entrepreneurial spirit the ability to deliver and thrive in fast-paced environment.
Comfortable and effective working across multiple business units, including Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
Analytical, organized, and an independent problem-solver.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, as well as attention to detail.
Experience with software tracking tools, such as Jira, etc.
Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Sharepoint .
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 104,500 - 174,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
