Job Title: Guest Service & Register Associate
The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, dependable Team Member to join our front-end operations. This isn't just a "sitting behind a counter" job—you will be a vital part of our daily flow, ensuring every guest has a great experience while supporting your teammates across the floor.
What You'll Do
Customer Connection: Greet guests warmly and process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
Team Support: Jump in to help coworkers with various tasks during rushes or downtime (restocking, tidying, or assisting other departments).
Accuracy: Handle cash and digital payments with care, applying basic math skills to ensure drawers balance at the end of the shift.
Problem Solving: Address guest questions with a positive attitude and a "how can I help?" mindset.
What We're Looking For
Flexibility: You understand that retail/service schedules can shift. We need someone with open or adaptable availability to meet the needs of the business.
Team-First Mentality: You enjoy working with others and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to help a teammate.
Skill Set: Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, and making change) are required.
Experience: Previous register or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. If you have a great attitude, we are happy to train you
