The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, dependable Team Member to join our front-end operations. This isn't just a "sitting behind a counter" job—you will be a vital part of our daily flow, ensuring every guest has a great experience while supporting your teammates across the floor.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Connection: Greet guests warmly and process transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Team Support: Jump in to help coworkers with various tasks during rushes or downtime (restocking, tidying, or assisting other departments).
- Accuracy: Handle cash and digital payments with care, applying basic math skills to ensure drawers balance at the end of the shift.
- Problem Solving: Address guest questions with a positive attitude and a "how can I help?" mindset.
