The AI Operating Group (OG) team at MGT is growing, and we're hiring AI Solutions Architects.
This role sits in the gap between what AI can do and what businesses actually need. You're not writing code all day. You're not making slide decks about AI strategy. You're translating real business problems into AI architectures that a team of engineers can build.
Think of it as a translator role. You need to understand the business side well enough to sit in a room with a client and identify what matters. And you need to understand the technical side well enough to architect the solution: RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, data integration.
You don't have to come from AI. 3-5 years of professional experience. What matters is that you can problem-solve, learn fast, and think in systems.
