Many veterinary hospitals practice excellent patient care and customer service; we are no different and are very proud of our standards. What sets us apart from the rest is our culture. We place strong emphasis and value on teamwork and our clinic culture is one of excellence, positivity, creativity, autonomy, and support. The term “family-like environment” means something to us, and we strive to make our culture feel like family. Like most, we take a team approach to patient care and our veterinarians are supported by several experienced Receptionists, Veterinary Assistants, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and a solid management team. Although we are very team oriented in our protocols, we are also very person oriented. We invest in individuals as people, not just employees. Happy people make a happy team. A happy team provides excellent patient care and customer service. We also have a chocolate fountain, and we are not afraid to use it.
