Our SERVERS and BARTENDERS are responsible for educating our guests on both food and drink menus while?offering a fun, fast, and friendly guest experience in a way that is consistent with our mission and values. As a server or bartender, you are expected to be able to bounce around effortlessly from guest interaction, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and helping other team members. THE BASICS
- Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
- Get to know our menu items from the inside out
- Connect with guests at each table and bar and anticipate their needs
- Be well verse in our menu to make suggestions to the customers on food and drinks to help with the guest experience.
- Provide exceptional hospitality
- Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
- Perform additional opening/ closing/ mid shift responsibilities, as needed, to keep the restaurant stocked, clean, and looking?beautiful.

PRE-REQs
- 21 years of age or older
- Available to work late nights
- Passion for food and people
- Awesome, Energetic Attitude and personality
- Be willing to take direction and work both independently and with a team
- Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
- Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Reliable Transportation to and from work
- Able to tolerate potential food allergens
