**HR GENERALIST**
- HOURS:**7am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday
- PAY RANGE:**\$23 - \$26 per hour w/ three scheduled performance
Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and
appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
and practices to maintain compliance.
- Recommend and develop employee relations strategies
- Maintain work structure by updating job descriptions and

- Compute and analyze HR metrics
- Arrange seminars, workshops, additional HR training based on each
- Assists HR team and/or independently manages some company functions

- At least 2 years of human resource experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or current PHS/SHRM-CP
