We are searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our \"Great Place to Work\" Certified Team in Boerne, Texas!
The purpose of this position is to develop and implement facility maintenance policies and procedures in an efficient, cost-effective manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements, and to maintain the Facility and Grounds at a high standard.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance systems to meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
- Order or requisition supplies to operate the maintenance department within budgetary guidelines.
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules.
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- Participate in coordination of projects. (e.g. renovations)
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of building maintenance and operations.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of all building systems. (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and electronic systems).
- Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of blueprints and ability to follow schematics.
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional Certifications (e.g. CMRP or HVAC certified) are preferred.
- Physical and sensory abilities commensurate with position to include but not limited to frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
