Shifts Available: Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay: $24-$27 per hour

Responsibilities
- Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement community programs, policies and procedures.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to supervisor and initiating corrective action.
- Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians’ orders and accurately record all care provided.
- Write detailed reports, maintaining precise charting, recording medications, observing symptoms, and taking vital signs.
Qualifications
- San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
- Electronic Medical Record Experience required, PCC preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
