We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Manager with expertise in Contentstack to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing our content strategy across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of content management systems, particularly Contentstack, and a passion for creating engaging content that drives user engagement and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances user experience.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.
Contentstack Administration: Manage and optimize the Contentstack environment, including creating and configuring content models, managing workflows, and ensuring best practices for content governance.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices in content creation and management to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor content performance using analytics tools; generate reports to measure engagement, conversion rates, and overall content effectiveness.
Collaboration and Training: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, and marketing) to ensure alignment on content initiatives. Provide training and support for team members on using Contentstack effectively.
Content Auditing and Enhancement: Regularly audit existing content for relevance, accuracy, and performance; recommend and implement improvements based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Experience:
Experience in content management or digital marketing.
Proven experience with Contentstack or similar headless CMS platforms.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of content management systems, web analytics, and SEO.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with web development concepts is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform content strategy.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
