[Job - 25364] Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Dapper), Brazil

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment, driven by our commitment to Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will lead the migration of a Node (Express) application into a .NET framework, creating like-for-like API endpoints while converting logic from stored procedures to code using the Dapper ORM. You will be part of a dynamic team that emphasizes high-quality deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

• Migrate legacy .NET and SQL-based systems to modern services and APIs (Java / Node.js).
• Develop and maintain backend logic, ETL data services, and frontend components using React.
• Collaborate with QA teams to integrate Postman test collections and Playwright automation scripts.
• Support both manual and automated testing workflows, including complex “lot-to-subdivision” validation flows.
• Participate in pipeline design and data synchronization across multiple environments.
• Optimize and troubleshoot database queries and performance issues.
• Leverage Copilot / AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery where appropriate.

• Proven years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency with Java, React, and SQL.
• Working experience with .NET and Node.js backends.
• Familiarity with ETL processes, data migrations, and API integrations.
• Experience with Airflow, DBT, or similar data orchestration tools is a plus.
• Exposure to Snowflake or Postgres environments preferred.
• Comfortable collaborating with QA teams and integrating test automation frameworks (Postman, Playwright).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience or interest in using GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted tools.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience in mentoring junior developers.
