CI Select is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing initiatives to new heights. In this role, you'll collaborate with sales, design, and leadership to provide marketing support company-wide. You'll oversee special events, bid responses, production of marketing materials, and digital communications while maintaining CI Select's brand and strategic goals. Your impact will be felt company-wide as you help shape and strengthen CI Select's presence in the market.

What You'll Do:

  • Champion Company Culture: As a leader, you'll embody CI Select's core values of Give It Your All, Enjoy Doing It, Grow Together, Inspire Confidence, and Take Ownership and will instill these values within the team.
  • Manage Marketing Standards: You'll ensure consistent branding across all CI Select marketing materials and manage all marketing standards.
  • Oversee Bid Responses: You'll manage, organize, and facilitate all proposal responses, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure formatting is on brand.
  • Coordinate Production Process: You'll oversee the production process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Plan Company Events & Tradeshows: You'll plan, manage, and execute all aspects of event planning, including pre-, live, and post-event activities, ensuring flawless execution and the highest customer experience.
  • Update Website: You'll manage customer-facing website updates, including employee headshots, project photos, press releases, and white papers.
  • Manage Social Media & Email Blasts: You'll create and share engaging content on CI Select's social media accounts, design and implement social media strategies, and format and schedule email blasts for specific audiences.
  • Handle Promo Items & Business Cards: You'll research, coordinate, and order all promotional materials and manage orders of CI Select branded gear.
  • Internal Responsibilities: You'll coordinate with Finance and Director of Sales to gather sales team monthly quotas, direct the fabrication of year-end awards, manage daily updates to wall screens, and maintain marketing overview presentations for new hires.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in field related to marketing or graphics.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing.
