Responsibilities, Requirements And Qualifications
- Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain active talent pipelines across all practices and track candidate movement through each stage.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing interview materials.
- Track feedback from interview teams and update candidate status promptly.
- Ensure candidates receive timely, professional communication throughout the process.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing clear expectations regarding timelines, interview logistics, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate job postings and assist with onboarding coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple positions at once.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
