About the Role:
As Office Assistant, you will start with a temporary three-month trial, with a potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will join a team that prides itself on superior customer service, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. You will learn from seasoned professionals in the field, gaining hands-on experience in insurance services and developing a deep understanding of our unique customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to client calls and correspondence with professionalism and empathy. Ensure excellent customer service and client support.
- Create, organize, manage, and maintain client files and documents.
- Do hard copy filing. Assist with transition to digitized files.
- Print and organize documents generated by insurance carriers.
- Assist with receiving, recording, processing, and distributing payments.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing postal mail.
- Assist with paying bills.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Provide support for various tasks and projects as needed by agents.
- Seek professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry trends and regulations.
- Assist in providing complete analysis of clients' insurance needs. (If licensed.)
