Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator and Palletizer Operator, York PA, Multiple Shifts Available

Pay: $26.71 to $28.34 per hour, plus shift differentials of $0.50 to $2.00 per hour depending on shift

Schedule Options:

• Forklift Operator, B Shift: Monday through Friday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm
• Forklift Operator, C Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:30pm to 6:00am
• Palletizer Operator, B Shift (Afternoons): Monday through Friday, 1:30pm to 10:00pm
• Palletizer Operator, F Shift: Thursday and Friday 9:30pm to 6:00am, Saturday and Sunday 5:30pm to 5:30am

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is hiring for multiple warehouse positions at our York, PA distribution center, with shifts available for both Forklift Operators and Palletizer Operators. As part of our distribution team, you will play a hands on role in getting our finished products safely and accurately out the door. Depending on the position, your day could include operating a stand up forklift to pick, stage, and load outbound orders, or working in our palletizer area to keep product flowing smoothly from the production line to storage and shipment. Both roles are essential to our ability to serve customers on time, every time.

We offer full training on our equipment and systems, including our warehouse management system (WMS) and voice to pick technology, so candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply even if you are newer to distribution work.

What You Will Do

• Safely operate material handling equipment such as stand up forklifts and pallet jacks
• Accurately pick, stage, and load outbound orders to meet shipment schedules
• Support palletizer and stretch wrapper operations, including changeovers and basic troubleshooting
• Verify product accuracy against orders, checking SKUs, quantities, and lot codes
• Use a computerized WMS and voice to pick system to complete assigned work
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Support inventory counts and other warehouse functions as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of forklift experience in a fast paced warehouse (Forklift Operator roles) or 2 years of distribution experience including forklift operation (Palletizer Operator roles)
• Comfortable working in a non climate controlled warehouse with seasonal temperature changes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work safely and follow all PPE and dress code requirements
• Prior experience with a WMS or standup forklift is a plus, but not required
