Dispatcher
Chuck and Eddies Used Auto Parts - Plantsville
Chuck and Eddie’s - is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic person to fill a Full time Dispatch Position.
Job Responsibilities includes but not limited to.
- Work with the Drivers daily to ensure goals are met.
- Meet with owners and senior management monthly to discuss sales goals and results.
- Meet weekly with the Drivers to discuss policy and areas of improvement
- Handle customer complaints and on road issues
- Train and develop new staff.
- Increase part quality through training and incentives.
- Increase overall car totals through customers service and quality service
- Track and coordinate schedules to maximize efficiency
- Develop a team environment
Chuck and Eddies is an industry leader in used auto part sales and customer service.
Skills
- The candidate is expected to be a "People person" with a great attitude.
- Very good written and oral communication capacity.
- Experience in towing and dispatch is required.
- Must have basic computer skills, Should be comfortable in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Apps, Drive and etc.
- Powerlink and ITS experience is preferred
- Must be able to function in a fast pace/high call volume environment.

Salary: $18.00 plus per hour depending on experience
