Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and responsible Barista to join our team at Chubby Mart Rowland Heights. This role is a key part of our front of house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages/specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards
- Assist with preparation of alcoholic beverages when applicable (bartending experience preferred)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and bar area
- Engage guests with friendly, professional service and answer basic beverage-related questions
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelines
- Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining accuracy and quality
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid California RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification required
- Prior barista experience preferred; bartending experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of coffee, tea, and beverage preparation techniques
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills a plus; authorized to work in the U.S.
