What You’ll Do
As a Benefits Advisor, you’ll become a trusted consultant to employers by helping them create employee benefits strategies that attract, retain, and protect their workforce.
You’ll:
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and HR leaders
• Consult with employers to develop customized employee benefits solutions
• Educate employees on their available benefits through enrollment meetings
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing support
• Develop new business opportunities within your community
• Grow your own book of business
• Make a meaningful difference in the lives of employers, employees, and their families

Experience in insurance, employee benefits, B2B sales, healthcare, financial services, retail leadership, education, hospitality, or customer service is welcomed—but not required.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Desire to continuously learn and grow
• Louisiana Life & Health License preferred (not required prior to interviewing—we sponsor qualified candidates through the licensing process)
