This position will cover the Garden City area.
The Catholic Health Good Shepherd Hospice Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
- Current and valid NY State license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- One to two years recent general bedside nursing experience with good clinical skills.
Salary Range
USD $48.00 - USD $64.00 /Hr.
