South Bay Cardiovascular Associates is currently looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our nationally ranked team of cardiac care professionals.
Job Details
Responsibilities
- The Advanced Practice Provider will assist collaborating physicians in providing assessments, diagnosis, care and treatment of patients in an outpatient cardiology practice setting
- Appropriate ordering of tests and medications
- Receiving, interpreting, and communicating internal and external testing results
- Coordinating admissions and/or transfers to other facilities
- Consult and coordinate with multidisciplinary team in formulating an appropriate patient plan of care
Requirements
- Cardiology and electrophysiology experience
- Must be able to work Saturday rotations as needed
- Proficiency in 12 Lead EKG testing
- Nuclear Stress Testing &/or Stress Testing experience
- Bachelor of Science, Masters preferred in an AMA approved PA or NP program
- NYS Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
- PA or NP Board Certification
- BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
Salary Range
USD $90.10 - USD $90.10 /Hr.
