We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a Purchase Specialist who understands the electronics market, enjoys sourcing deals, and can build long-term supplier relationships.
Position: Purchase SpecialistKey Responsibilities- Source and purchase inventory across CHS product lines, including memory, SSDs, CPUs, servers, phones, screens, GPUs, and miners.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers across the U.S., Canada, Hong Kong, China, and other regions.
- Manage RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Monitor market prices, demand trends, and supplier availability for all main product categories.
- Maintain and expand supplier relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Verify product specifications such as part numbers, grades, test results, and condition.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, sales, and accounting to support smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor files, and procurement reports.
- Participate in trade platforms' supplier groups, and B2B marketplaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
- 1–3 years of purchasing or sourcing experience; electronics industry experience is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of product specifications: RAM part numbers, SSD types, server components, phone grades, miner models, etc.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze pricing trends, inventory quality, and supplier reliability.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Excel, email communication, and purchasing/CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
