Overview
CHS is currently hiring for multiple 2nd shift opportunities with a well-established electronics manufacturing company. If you enjoy hands-on work, have good attention to detail, and like working with small components and technology, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills in electronics manufacturing.
These positions support several areas of production including SMT operations, electronic assembly, and automated inspection.
Positions Available:
- SMT Operator
- Machine Operator
- AOI Operator
- Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday
- 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
*1st shift may also be available for some positions*
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with setup and operation of SMT pick-and-place equipment
- Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components
- Assemble electronic and electro-mechanical components using hand tools
- Review AOI inspection results and identify potential defects
- Operate production equipment (training provided)
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure accurate production
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and good visual inspection skills
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with small parts
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel)
- Experience with IPC-A-610 standards is a plus but not required
