Chrysalis Recovery Center LLC and CRC-IDCMP is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of "Admissions/Reception/Case manager"
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm
Weekly Hours: 40
Location: Concord NH office
The rate of pay will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. As you gain more experience within the agency, there is potential for an increase in pay.
Position:
In this role, you will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for new clients. This includes answering phone calls and addressing inquiries from both new and existing clients via email, phone, walk ins and message portal. The questions you may encounter can vary from inquiries about our operating hours, what insurances we accept to scheduling appointments and explaining document requirements for dwi program participants. Additionally, you will handle general office tasks such as faxing, mailing, and filing. It is important to note that our services are provided remotely to the majority of our clients, so proficiency in phone and computer usage is essential.
A significant aspect of this role involves answering repetitive questions and providing reassurance to clients as they navigate through our DWI program or counseling services. Building trust and rapport quickly with clients and establishing a familiar and personable connection is crucial. As the face and voice of our business, it is important to maintain a patient, pleasant and professional demeanor. A friendly and welcoming attitude is essential to succeed in this position.
Your responsibilities will also include contacting clients for scheduling, case management, document acquisition, and assisting with other needs such as insurance or housing. You will document all client interactions for case management. Communication with other providers to coordinate care for mutual clients will also be required. Additionally, you will be responsible for sending mail and notices regarding client program participation to the DMV, Court, and clients themselves.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of an associates degree however we will consider highschool diploma with experience. We also encourage Certified Recovery Support Workers (CRSWs) to apply, as everyone in this role will receive training to become a CRSW.
As an employee at Chrysalis, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including paid holidays such as half day on NYE, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving/Black Friday, half day on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. On snow days when the office is closed due to weather, you will still receive pay. Paid time off starts at 2 weeks per year and increases with each year of service. We also offer paid Continuing Education Unit (CEU) trainings of 20 hours per year. If you are working towards CRSW or LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) hours, supervision will be provided.
