Part-Time | Independent Contractor (1099)
Chrysalis Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced, motivated Part-Time Marketing Liaison to grow our home health referral network throughout the Friendswood, League City and surrounding Southeast Houston area.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven position for someone who enjoys developing referral sources and understands that successful healthcare marketing is about more than making stops — it's about building relationships that generate qualified referrals and Starts of Care.
What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, ALFs, senior communities, case managers and other referral sources
- Identify and develop new Medicare and Medicare Advantage referral sources
- Maintain consistent follow-up with existing and prospective referral partners
- Educate referral sources about Chrysalis services, coverage and patient eligibility
- Track marketing activity, referrals and resulting admissions
- Communicate referral opportunities promptly with our clinical/intake team
- Help grow our presence throughout the Southeast Houston market
We're looking for someone who:
- Has healthcare sales, home health, hospice, senior-care or medical marketing experience
- Already knows the Southeast Houston/Friendswood/League City healthcare market — strongly preferred
- Is comfortable working independently and managing a territory
- Is personable, persistent and comfortable walking into new offices and developing relationships
- Understands that measurable referral growth and Starts of Care are key expectations of this position
- Has reliable transportation and is comfortable working primarily in the field
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 3 days per week
